Documented workflows
Securiti’s data privacy product page describes data mapping, assessment workflows, consent management, and data subject request automation. Treat these as separate capabilities to scope and verify; a broad privacy platform description does not establish connector coverage or correct classifications in your environment.
Implementation considerations
Pilot a repository containing known fictional data and one request associated with that data. Inspect a discovered record, its classification, the purpose entered by the team, and the path to an approved action. Document what information is scanned, moved, stored, and reviewed.
Questions to verify in a demo
- Which repositories and source versions are included in the pilot?
- How are inaccurate classifications corrected and reviewed?
- Which context fields require business owners to provide an answer?
- What approvals and permissions govern data-changing actions?
- What inventory, assessment, and request history can be exported?
Scope to confirm
Request a written scope covering modules, users, connected systems, implementation work, support, renewal, and export rights. Test permissions and a failed or incomplete task before expanding the pilot. These notes summarize public documentation; they are not hands-on results or a guarantee of compliance.
