One purchase covers the dated pack for internal use by your named organization.
What you receive
The product page lists the included files, coverage, edition, and USD price. Any applicable tax is displayed before payment in Stripe. This is a one-time digital purchase, without a subscription or promise of future editions.
Organization-wide internal use
You and colleagues in the named organization may copy, edit, and use the files internally. You may share completed decision reports with advisers and suppliers engaged for that organization's work. Do not resell, publicly redistribute, or use the original files as a multi-client template library. Each client organization needs its own purchase. Third-party source materials retain their owners' rights. Existing free MIT-licensed skills retain their original license.
Delivery and link recovery
After verified payment, your receipt page provides a ZIP containing the purchased files and a named license. A private download link is also sent to your purchase email. Keep a local copy of the ZIP. Links expire after 30 days; request a fresh link at download recovery. A refunded, disputed, or revoked purchase does not provide download access.
Help and refunds
For an inaccessible or defective file, an accidental duplicate purchase, or a refund request, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase. Include your order reference and describe the issue. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe to the original payment method. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected.
Research and examples
Source dates and coverage appear in each pack. Confirm current vendor features, plan entitlements, credentials, availability, and quoted fees directly. Fictional worked examples are clearly labeled. The workbooks organize purchasing and operational decisions; they do not issue audit reports, establish compliance, authorize testing, or provide a full standards library.
Purchase information
We retain the order reference, purchase email, licensed organization, product and edition, amount, payment identifiers, accepted terms version, delivery state, and download count for delivery, support, accounting, and refund handling. Stripe handles card details. Purchasing does not subscribe you to marketing email. See the site privacy policy.
