Compliance implementation planner

Turn supplied vendor rollout documentation and team scope into engineering tasks, dependencies, acceptance checks, and an editable implementation worksheet.

For engineering, security, compliance, procurement, and teams buying or using compliance software and services.

Bring your own documents

Your selected product and plan, rollout scope, vendor documentation, and team constraints.

The site does not receive your documents or run the AI. Your assistant handles the material you choose to provide; its account and model costs depend on your setup.

Get an editable handoff

A source-linked rollout report and a JSON task worksheet for the implementation planner. Generated tasks remain Planned.

Claims include source references. Unknowns stay visible for your team to resolve. Review the output before importing or sharing it.

Download the skill

A ZIP with SKILL.md instructions, blank files, synthetic examples, and an optional Node.js validator. No paid data subscription or API key is required by the package.

Download skill ZIP

Original package contents are available under the MIT license included in the download.

Use it with your assistant

  1. Download and extract the ZIP. Each folder contains a SKILL.md entrypoint.
  2. Add the folder through your assistant's skill mechanism if it supports Agent Skills. Otherwise, attach SKILL.md and the referenced files as task context.
  3. Supply the documents and scope you want reviewed. Ask for the Markdown report and worksheet.json. Attachment use does not automatically install a skill.
  4. Review citations, assumptions, and missing terms. The included validator checks import structure; it cannot verify the source claims.
  5. Open the matching worksheet and use Open worksheet file or Paste worksheet JSON. Importing replaces current entries after confirmation. Worksheet edits do not synchronize between teammates.

What a useful result looks like

A connector guide requires read access but API entitlement is unclear. The skill drafts a permission-review task, flags the entitlement dependency, and proposes an observable pilot check without claiming it ran.

The download contains the sample input and importable output. Sample companies and amounts are fictional; they are not pricing benchmarks or compliance assessments.
